MAMMOPLASTY
Mammoplasty or breast surgery is a surgical procedure used to increase the size of women's breasts. This breast surgery involves the placement of silicone or saline breast implants in two possible locations: behind the breast tissue or under the chest muscle, in order to increase or determine a different breast contour. It can be performed with the purpose of reducing the breasts, renewing the balance of an asymmetrical breast (either by size or shape), or reestablishing the usual contexture, which has been modified due to breastfeeding, age or surgical interventions. This operation is not recommended for patients under 18 years of age because the breasts are still developing.
BRACHIOPLASTY
Arm dermolipectomy or brachioplasty is the surgical procedure that removes loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arm which gives it a “hanging” appearance. After this surgery you will feel comfortable wearing sleeveless clothing.
Your arms will be firm for a long time. After this surgery you will feel free to wear any type of shirts such as sleeveless. Most patients feel that the benefits outweigh the negative aspects. The effect of a dermolipectomy is very satisfactory.
CANTHOPEXY
Canthopexy or canthoplasty is used to lift the outer corner of the eyelids and result in slanted or almond-shaped eyes. When the lower eyelid is too lax, canthopexy can be used to tighten it. After this surgery you will forget about that sad expression and your eyes will brighten up.
It can lift the outer corner of the eyes, correcting the sad and tired look. It restores tone to the lower eyelids. It stylizes rounded eyes, making them slanted or almond-shaped. Corrects asymmetry caused by facial paralysis.
TUMMY TUCK SURGERY
Tummy tuck, abdominoplasty or dermolipectomy, is a procedure that gives the stomach an aesthetic contour, removing excess fat and skin from the abdomen. The purpose of this operation is to achieve a flatter and firmer abdomen, which may also require a tightening of the abdominal muscles that is performed in the same procedure. BUTTOCK AUGMENTATION
Buttock augmentation or gluteoplasty is proposed for the purpose of enhancing the buttocks and even remove excess, stretching the skin in those cases where weight loss, aging or simply by genetic inheritance have been distorted from their natural contour. It is performed by placing silicone implants or injecting fat extracted from other parts of the patient's body. The result is a more aesthetic and toned buttock contour.
Buttock Augmentation with Silicone Implants: The procedure is performed through an incision made in the crease between both buttocks (where the scars will be less evident).
Buttock Augmentation with Fat: Excess fat from other areas of the body (including the abdomen, hips, back or thighs) is removed to shape the buttocks. The fat extracted by a liposuction method undergoes a purification process, to be reinserted in various layers of the buttocks.
VAGINOPLASTY
Vaginoplasty is a vaginal rejuvenation procedure that aims to restore the ideal size and symmetry to the vaginal muscles affected by childbirth or aging and thus improve the quality of sexual relations.
